Description:  A veteran C40-8W still adorns its Conrail blue livery as it leads three black GE's on train 135. I'm pretty sure this was the last Conrail painted C40-8W I was able to photograph on the point of a train, and they all have since been repainted. A few of the C40-8Ws in LMSX livery lasted until late 2011/early 2012 but they all wear NS paint now as well.
